Our Story

Shamrock Property Maintenance was founded in 2006 when our owner, Patrick Jacobs, recognized a need for repair services in those seeking vacant and foreclosed properties. After discussing with his wife Melissa, Pat decided to build a business that would provide quality workmanship and reliable services to those in the Tennessee area. His vision turned into reality and Shamrock quickly expanded into many states and continues this expansion today.

In 2017, Patrick identified a need in the tenant occupied/rental industry that closely matched the services he was providing and expanded his service offerings to assist rental homeowners. Today, Shamrock Property Maintenance now works with some of the largest rental homeowners in the country.
